These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PicFlow application. By downloading or using PicFlow, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

PicFlow provides tools including but not limited to:

• PDF scanning and file conversion
• Photo and video cleanup
• Video compression
• Swipe-based photo review and deletion

Features may be updated or modified to improve the service.

2. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for reviewing files before deleting them
• Deleted photos, videos, or files may not be recoverable
• PicFlow is not responsible for data loss caused by user actions

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription.

Subscription details:

• Payments are processed through Google Play
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Subscription management and refunds are handled by Google

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in PicFlow, including its design, functionality, and branding, belong to the developer.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without permission.

5. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PicFlow is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of the App

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to PicFlow if these Terms are violated.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
