Please read this End-User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the Calorie Log mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please immediately stop using and delete the App.

1. Acceptance of Service and Eligibility

1.1. You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age, or have reached the legal age for consenting to the processing of personal data as defined by your jurisdiction. If you are under this age, you must use the App under the review and consent of your parent or legal guardian.

1.2. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of use of the Apple App Store and the relevant provisions of your device's operating system provider.

2. Description of Services

The App primarily provides the following services:

2.1. AI Food Recognition and Nutritional Analysis: Uses artificial intelligence technology to identify food in photos and provides estimated calorie and nutritional composition data (fats, proteins, carbohydrates, etc.).

2.2. Intermittent Fasting Assistant: Offers various intermittent fasting plans (such as 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, 5:2, etc.) and custom fasting cycles, supports fasting timing, reminder functions, and records water intake, hunger levels, and energy status during fasting periods.

2.3. Yoga Practice Log: Supports recording the duration and intensity of various yoga styles, estimates exercise calories burned, and syncs them to the daily calorie balance calculation.

2.4. Widgets: Provides desktop widget functionality, allowing you to quickly view the day's calorie progress, water consumption status, or fasting timer.

2.5. Live Activities: Supports displaying dynamic information such as fasting countdown timers and calorie balance on the lock screen or Dynamic Island, helping you track progress at a glance.

2.6. AI Style Filters: Offers a variety of AI-driven photo style transfer templates to generate creative images.

2.7. Private Album: Provides a locally encrypted storage space to protect user photos and videos.

2.8. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service feature at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. The App and all its content, including but not limited to source code, databases, user interfaces, graphics, designs, compilations, overall structure, and "look and feel," are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, and ownership belongs to the App.

3.2. You retain all ownership rights to your original photos and videos uploaded to the App (hereinafter referred to as "User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of providing real-time AI processing services (such as food recognition and filter generation) within the App. This license is necessary to perform the services and terminates upon completion of processing.

4. User Obligations and Code of Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following conduct:

4.1. Upload, post, transmit, or share any illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, infringing, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

4.2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

4.3. Use any automated systems (such as bots or crawlers) to access the App or interfere with its normal operation.

4.4. Infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

5.1. Not Professional Advice: The nutritional analysis data (including but not limited to estimates of calories, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats), as well as intermittent fasting and yoga-related recommendations provided by the App, are designed for informational and reference purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. You should not use this information for disease diagnosis, treatment, or health management. Consult a physician or registered dietitian before starting any diet, fasting, or exercise plan.

5.2. AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI style filters is inherently uncertain and artistic in nature. We cannot guarantee that the generated results will meet your expectations and make no warranties regarding the accuracy or suitability of the generated content.

5.3. "As Is" Provision: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5.4. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. The manner in which we process your personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

7. Termination

If you violate any term of this Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services without prior notice.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will be effective immediately upon being posted within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1. The interpretation and application of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Hong Kong / Singapore / United States / Mainland China / etc. – the place of App operation] , excluding its conflict of law provisions.

9.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the courts of competent jurisdiction for litigation.
