Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how PicFlow collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our application. By using PicFlow, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

PicFlow does not require you to create an account. We do not collect:

• Your name, phone number, or address
• Contacts, messages, or call logs
• Social media account information
• Precise location data

2. Information You Provide Voluntarily

PicFlow only accesses data necessary to provide its core features, and all processing is performed locally on your device.

2.1 Photos & Videos

Purpose:

• Photo cleanup (duplicate, similar, blurry, screenshots, selfies)
• Video cleanup (large videos, short videos, screen recordings)
• Video compression
• Swipe-based photo cleanup

Important Notes:

• PicFlow does not upload your photos or videos to any server
• Photos and videos are never stored, backed up, or analyzed remotely

2.2 Camera Access

Purpose:

• Scanning documents by taking photos to generate PDF files

Important Notes:

• Captured images are used only for document creation
• No camera content is uploaded or shared

2.3 File Access

Purpose:

• Converting files (Word, Excel, TXT, images) to PDF
• Converting PDF files to other supported formats

Important Notes:

• PicFlow only processes files you explicitly select
• The App does not scan or access other files on your device

3. File Format Conversion (Requires Internet)

When converting images, Word, Excel, and TXT files to PDF, or converting PDF to other formats:

• Your files are temporarily uploaded to our servers for processing
• Files are automatically deleted immediately after conversion and are never stored
• We do not use your files for any other purpose

4. Device & Usage Information (Non-Personal)

To improve performance and stability, PicFlow may collect limited, non-identifiable information, including:

• Device model and Android version
• App version
• Anonymous crash logs and usage statistics

This information cannot be used to identify you personally.

5. How We Use Information

Collected information is used solely to:

• Provide and maintain PicFlow's core features
• Improve performance and user experience
• Fix bugs and technical issues

We do not:

• Sell, rent, or trade user data
• Use personal content for advertising
• Track users across apps or websites

6. Data Storage & Security

All photos, videos, and files are processed locally on your device

Temporary uploads for file format conversion are deleted immediately after processing

PicFlow does not create or maintain user content databases

We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect app security

7. Third-Party Services

PicFlow may use limited third-party services for:

• App analytics and crash reporting
• Google Play In-App Purchases and subscription management

These services do not have access to your personal files or media content.

8. Children's Privacy

PicFlow is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your Choices & Control

You may:

• Grant or revoke permissions at any time in Android Settings
• Delete the App to remove all locally stored data

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App with an updated date.
