• Photos: When you use the AI food recognition, AI style filter, or private album features, you need to authorize us to access your device's photo gallery or take photos via the camera. This data is core to the App's functionality.
• Health and Preference Information: Your manually set daily nutritional intake goals, intermittent fasting plan preferences, yoga practice records, water reminder settings, etc.

1.2. Information We Automatically Collect

• Device Information: To ensure application compatibility and stability, we collect anonymized device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as IDFA, Advertising ID), application crash logs, and similar information.
• Usage Data: We record your usage of various features within the App (e.g., feature click frequency, session duration, widget usage count, Live Activities activation status) to analyze and improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide Core Services: Use your uploaded photos for AI food recognition and nutritional analysis; use your photos to generate AI style filter effects; manage and encrypt your private album locally on your device; provide you with health management features such as intermittent fasting timers and reminders, yoga practice records, desktop widgets, and Live Activities.
• Improve and Optimize Services: Analyze usage data to diagnose problems, optimize algorithms, and develop new features.
• Communication: Respond to your feedback or send service-related updates via in-app notifications or email (if provided).

3. Data Processing and Storage: Our Core Commitments

3.1. Photo Processing

• AI Food Recognition & AI Style Filters: To enable these features, your selected photos must be temporarily uploaded to our secure servers for AI model processing. Once processing is complete, the original photos are immediately deleted from our servers. We do not permanently store your original photos for any purpose, including model creation.
• Private Album: All data for this feature (photos you move to the private album) is stored entirely locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers. Encryption and protection are handled by your device system.

3.2. Special Statement Regarding Facial Data

• We solemnly declare that we do not detect, extract, collect, or store any facial feature data (biometric data) that can be used to identify a specific individual.
• During AI style filter processing, the uploaded image is processed as a whole data unit. The goal is to produce a stylized output while retaining the original image's facial characteristics. This process does not involve separating or storing independent facial templates.

3.3. Health Activity Data Processing

• Intermittent Fasting & Yoga Data: Your fasting records, yoga practice duration and type, and other health-related data are stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if synchronization is enabled). We do not upload this data to our servers, nor do we use it for any unauthorized analysis or sharing.
• Widgets & Live Activities: These features only read daily data such as calorie intake, water consumption, and fasting progress locally on your device for display on the desktop or lock screen. We do not collect any additional information through widgets or Live Activities.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We will never sell your personal data. We only share information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We may share anonymized information, or information necessary for service provision, with contractually bound third-party service providers (such as cloud server hosts, data analytics companies). They must protect your information in accordance with this policy.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal proceedings, or governmental compulsory request.

5. Your Rights

Depending on the laws of your region, you may have the following rights:

• Access and Correction: You can access and modify your personal preference information (such as nutritional goals, intermittent fasting plans, water reminder settings) within the App.
• Data Deletion: You can delete your uploaded content by uninstalling the App or using the deletion function within the App. Temporary data on our servers is automatically deleted after processing. Locally stored health records can be deleted via the "Clear Data" function within the App.
• Revoke Permissions: You can manage the App's access to your camera and photo gallery, as well as system permissions for notifications, widgets, and Live Activities, through your device's "Settings" app.

6. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security technologies and management measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. However, please note that no digital transmission is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not designed for children under the age of 13 (or a higher age as specified by the relevant jurisdiction). If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information from our records promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted as an updated version within the App, and the "Effective Date" at the top will be revised. We recommend that you review this policy periodically.
